Bob has over 35 years of business, administrative and finance experience. He started his career with Arthur Andersen LLP and achieved Senior Manager status. Bob’s expertise was with small and emerging companies. He also functioned in senior management positions at several national and local consulting/finance professional organizations. Bob has worked as Controller/CFO at several companies including as VP of Finance at a multi-national organization. He has experience managing not only the finance, treasury and financial functions, but also human resources, information technology and office administrative functions.
Bob is passionate about his consulting services. He uses best practices to reorganize administrative functions to run more efficiently and economically. His implemented practices relieve company management of the day-to-day administrative headaches and burdens. These practices allow management to concentrate on the operations of the company and meet company goals. Bob has prepared strategic and business plans and mechanisms to monitor the plans.
